What additional support does the company provide?

Transcontinental's unique turn-key system provides many opportunities to add to your technical product knowledge and marketing skills. Every other Thursday morning the company hosts a lenders presentation on all ranges of mortgage products - from commercial loans to "A" paper to subprime lending products. Our wholesale division often funds and closes loans in less than seven days! Our affiliated businesses, including our auction services operation, our real estate brokerage and our title company undertake ongoing sales and marketing initiatives. Our energetic and enthusiastic sales team works hard to build customer relationships - and customers - that benefit our mortgage operation. Periodically, the company holds an all day sales and marketing Boot Camp. At these Boot Camps, loan officers focus their efforts on new products and programs and spend the day developing a marketing plan, material, advertising to take these hot new niche products direct to the marketplace.

How much money can I make?

Our aggressive pay plan pays all loan officers a high 70% commission split. In addition, there are no "desk fees" or other charges. Loan officers are paid every Friday. One of the key questions loan officers ask is: Where are our deals coming from? Unlike a "stand alone" mortgage operation, we are part of the powerful and prestigious Realty Corporation of America corporate umbrella. Realty Corporation of America is a full service brokerage operation with offices throughout Ohio and Florida. In addition, Realty Corporation of America offers auction services and owns American Title and The Title Assurance & Indemnity Corporation. These businesses create tremendous opportunities for our mortgage team to capture clients and build a successful "purchase" pipeline. While refinance transactions are great, the savvy loan officer knows that purchases are an ongoing source of profit and balance business during times when market interest rates make refinancing less attractive. Clearly, your commissions are enhanced by our partnership with Realty Corporation of America because many of the agents at Realty Corporation of America work closely with our loan officers.
